7 Back to School Essentials for Elementary Kids in 2020

This year parents are having to make the very difficult decision of whether or not to send their children to school. There are pros and cons to both choices, and everyone’s situation is different. As a teacher, my hope is that the children who end up back in class are prepared for a school that looks just a little different. Here are some ideas of things that could make the transition to school just a little bit easier.

We’ve highlighted several personalized items here. The reason that we think that personalization is particularly important this year is that sharing books, pencils, masks can sadly be one of the fastest ways to spread germs. Even before the pandemic one of my greatest teacher horrors was watching a pencil that is still wet from being chewed up be shared between students.. it will now be even more important that this doesn’t happen!
